"Frustrated to say the least. Collected our money, I got cancer and asked for a policy review due to reducing the number of vehicles needing coverage. Received renewal and received a bill and could login to portal download insurance cards and all and come to find out they cancelled my policies not one but multiple for non payment and said my renewal was mistake! The left me uncovered for months and made no attempt to help me do what I asked so I could keep my coverage!"
